Things move quickly around here. At breakneck speed. That means we have to be reactive, both in how we work and how we hire. For this very reason our hiring process is pretty straightforward; the path to getting hired usually involves a first conversation with a recruiter via a phone interview and an onsite interview or two at our offices. We look for people who are great at lots of things and love big challenges. We look for people who are good for Gilo Industries - and not just for right now, but for the long term.

2.Preliminary Selection
We review all applications and forward the resumes of the most qualified candidates to the appropriate department. The department manager then endorses those candidates of interest and we inform you if you have been selected to interview.
3.Interviews
We offer various options for two-way communication during the hiring process. Depending on the role, your location and timeliness, we may initiate our dialogue with you via telephone or through a traditional in-person interview. In some cases, we may ask you to perform a skills-based task or to prepare and deliver a brief presentation. We recognise an interview should serve a mutual benefit and therefore welcome your questions and engagement.
4.Offer & Orientation
It's decision time. If your skills, creativity and commitment are the right fit for the challenges ahead, we'll extend an offer which will make your decision easy. Accepting our offer is just the beginning. We offer a 3 month orientation period to ensure the right hiring decision has been made for you and your team and as you mature into your role you will experience personal and professional growth, as well as opportunities for career development.
